About AngryBeat
Independent free live radio discovery app.
AngryBeat is an independent free live radio discovery app. It exists so you can listen live to radio stations worldwide — by country, by genre, by language, or by searching a name — without being pushed into a generated mix. Every card is a station that publishes a public stream. We do not own the stations, and we do not re-upload songs.
AngryBeat is operated independently. Contact: manishaggarwal.vas@gmail.com It is a small independent project, not a radio network and not a record label. Editorial choices (including Station of the day) are not sold as placements.
How the data works: station names, countries, languages, tags, stream URLs, codecs, and bitrates come from the community Radio Browser directory. AngryBeat keeps a local snapshot of that directory so a short upstream outage does not blank the listings. When you press play, your browser talks to the station’s own encoder. We do not host, re-encode, or sell the audio. If metadata is wrong, use Report a problem on the station card; reports are anonymous and rate-limited.
Reliability, in plain language: live streams fail. Encoders go down, block countries, or use formats a phone will not start. This site scores those outcomes in your browser, hides stations that keep failing, and the player can try a similar live station after a retry. That is not a promise that every FM brand in the world will start. A dead stream is not the same as AngryBeat being offline — the health check is for our pages and cache.
What you can do without creating an account: search the live directory, open a country, genre, language, city, or station page, save Favorites in this browser, and return to Station of the day for one worldwide pick that changes at midnight UTC. The player stays at the bottom of the page so you can keep browsing. Streaks and similar extras, if you see them, stay on this device.
Station pages give each live encoder a stable URL: the name, country, language, tags, and codec when the directory has them, plus similar stations and a report form. Language hubs group streams by the directory’s language field — Hindi is a presenter language, not a mood we invented. Guides explain how to listen live, why streams fail, and how Station of the day is chosen, in ordinary language rather than a keyword list.
AngryBeat is not a music download site. It is not Spotify. It is a free live internet radio player and directory. Privacy and Terms describe cookies, ads, and acceptable use. Questions and takedown notes go to the same contact address. Listening stays free. We will not invent FM frequencies, owners, phone numbers, or street addresses for stations we do not operate.
